Dallas, TX – April 30, 2019 Texas Foodies TV, a part of the TG Network and sponsored by Best of Guide, released their third episode as Host Nikky Phinyawatana learned the ins and outs of craft burgers, craft beer and craft soda from Hammbone Willy’s Owner, Garry McCaslin, and his son and Marketing Director, Dustin McCaslin. Viewers learned the story behind the name, Hammbone Willy’s, and how the realization that food really does make people happy drove Garry and Dustin to create Plano’s newest sensation.
So what is a craft burger or a craft beer? Texas Foodies learn that craft usually indicates something made by hand and in limited quantities, something specialized. Garry shares with viewers how Hammbone Willy’s craft burgers begin with the freshest ingredients, along with special seasonings and sauces. He also shares that his favorite burger is the Texas Star with Bacon Jam, while Dustin recommends guests try the famous brisket burger paired with a craft Dallas Blonde beer. The burger is a third pound blend of chuck roast, brisket and short rib meat. Working with local breweries, Hammbone Willy’s offers six craft beers and seasonal taps. Click for Photos

Located off the Dallas North Tollway in the Target Shopping Center, Hammbone Willy’s also offers vegetarian options, chicken and salad entrees. Their dessert lineup includes a Texas size cookie burger and on tap root beer that creates the richest float.
“One thing is for sure, you won’t leave hungry,” commented Dustin McCaslin, Marketing Director of Hammbone Willy’s. “We are so excited to be here in Texas and truly have learned what Texas hospitality is all about.”
