Re-Teck explora oportunidade de prestar assistência ao Brasil no desenvolvimento da economia circular

DALLAS, 17 de junho de 2020 /PRNewswire/ — Executivos da Re-Teck se encontraram com o senador brasileiro Luis Carlos Heinze, a convite e sob a organização da presidente-executiva da empresa de relações governamentais e institucionais “Tomorrow Gestão”, Luciana Figueras, para discutir o Projeto de Lei 3592 e as oportunidades que ele cria para promover a economia circular no Brasil. Como a quantidade de lixo eletrônico (e-waste) deve superar 52 milhões de toneladas até 2021, é imperativo que os países e as empresas sejam proativos na criação de processos para readaptar, reaproveitar e reciclar dispositivos eletrônicos. Quando práticas inapropriadas de reciclagem são usadas, as comunidades ficam sujeitas a emissões tóxicas e perigosas da queima de produtos eletrônicos ou à contaminação do lençol freático por despejos nos aterros sanitários”, disse o gerente geral da Re-Teck Brasil, Walker Wu. “A economia circular também nos leva a considerar disponibilidade de matérias-primas e o aumento dos preços que obrigaram muitas fabricantes de equipamentos originais (OEMs – Originalcomponentes de fabricação original, bem como preocupações sobre a  Equipment Manufacturers) a repensar seus usos de componentes readaptados em desenvolvimento de produtos originais”, disse o vice-presidente de Desenvolvimento de Negócios da Re-Teck para a América Central e do Sul, Marcelo Cairolli.

O Projeto de Lei 3592 deverá fornecer incentivos às fabricantes para utilizar componentes reciclados na manufatura de novos produtos e transformar os atuais processos de reciclagem, logística reversa e economia circular. O projeto irá ajudar a criar regulamentos para reciclagem, que irão despertar conscientização, atrair investidores globais e criar empregos. The Time Group Launches “On-the-House” Program to Help Texas Restaurants

Dallas, Texas – April 23, 2020 – The Time Group, a Texas-based marketing firm, announced today a program called, “On-the-House.” Through this program, the agency will provide marketing, public relations and social media services, at no charge for 90 days, to any Texas restaurant needing assistance executing their reopening plan. Their only request is their services be exchanged for restaurant gift cards which will in turn be given to frontline healthcare workers and first responders.

Most Texas restaurants had to furlough 95% of their staff. FCC Appoints Trilogy CEO George Woodward to the $1B Precision Agriculture Task Force
